Over Under Cork Belt

Introducing our Cork Belt, This piece is all but 2 belts in one. The inner layer is full-grain bridle leather, and the outer layer is Portuguese Cork. The beauty in this piece, besides the belt itself, is the longevity and sustainability of cork. Cork is harvested from the Cork Tree every 9 years, once the tree is 25 years old. These trees live to be upwards of 300 years old producing cork for decade after decade. This being said, cork is very environmentally friendly and Cork Forests lead to the protection of vast swaths of land throughout Spain and Portugal.
